What does it cost to be a founding partner?
Nothing during the program. Founding partners who stay through launch get founding-partner pricing, locked in.
What happens to our drawings and documents?
They're used only for your firm, in your own workspace, and never to train shared models. We agree the data terms with you before anything is uploaded, and you can have it deleted at any time.
Will it send anything on its own?
No. SmartManage drafts and checks. A person on your team approves every RFI, submittal comment, estimate and report before it goes anywhere.
How accurate is the takeoff?
That's what the founding program is for. Every quantity links back to where it was measured on the sheet, so your estimator can check it in seconds, and we track accuracy against your own takeoffs on the partner project.
Does it replace our scheduling or project management software?
It's designed to work alongside the tools you already use, importing and exporting schedules and documents, and to take over the reading, measuring, checking and first drafts.
